But, then, who can say? The unlikely source Might just pen something meaningful and fine Not written in code, like something from Morse But words rhyming to free him from a bind. So why not grab a chair, sit down and hear What means so much to this poetaster Let him state his case, perhaps shed a tear Prove himself of Literature the Master. Who says the Angels, and God in Heaven Aren't pulling up chairs, too, for a listen? |
