WHAT IF EVERYTHING I KNOW IS WRONG

What if everything I know is wrong
Every assumption of mine incorrect
Every School of Thought to which I belong
Specious, without foundation, imperfect
Could I restart my Life freshly anew
Cast out obsolete doubts, harness new Hopes
Right perceptions that lean badly askew
Redefine Life’s limits, press mental ropes?
Despite failings, grant abusers their due
Forgive those whom I want to forgive me
Regain a trajectory that is true
Free of all self-inflicted Tragedy?
To cease living a punishment glutton
I should gladly press the reset button.
