Richard Wagoner seems mighty proud of cost savings he's enacted at General Motors, saying essentially "Who else could save $8 billion over 18 months?"

The real question is, who else has got $8 billion to save?

For sale for $700. I don't actually know the year and it has no tags. It does have a 6.2 diesel. And it says "10" not "20" over the "Silverado".

My guess is it's originally a Canadian car: liter spelled "litre" (that I recall), cord coming out of the hood for warming the oil, and rust in the back panels.
