Most Unnerving, Your Certainty I'd Fail
Most unnerving, your certainty I'd fail
Having succeeded at all else I'd tried
But behind your sureness was a vile tale
To this point you had been able to hide
Of course a child whose psyche you'd broken
Would have difficulty making his way
Once resources due him you had stolen
On him the worst worldly evils could prey
You always made sure he would have nothing
Then pounced on and destroyed what he created
But he somehow continued surviving
Despite your murderous thrusts and hatred
'Twas in your final move to destroy me
I saw the light and could finally be.
